SSE Riga Alumni Podcast series Episode 1: Team spirit and corporate culture in a hybrid COVID-19 environment

Exciting news! SSE Riga Alumni Association has launched its own podcast series revolving around business, sustainability, and the best management practices.

The first podcast is dedicated to Human Resources and the challenges COVID19 has brought in with enterprises adapting to hybrid and remote working environments.

Discussion touches upon reskilling, mental wellbeing programs and trustworthy corporate relationships. Podcast features two SSE Riga graduates- Pārsla Baško from the HR consulting agency ERDA, and Tomass Barilo - CEO of the recruiting company "Working Day" who both have become professionals in the HR field and are happy to share the insights with us.
