Disability is not an obstacle
"Despite the fact I have a non-curable genetic disorder, I am competitive in the labor market. I want to break the stereotypes and prove that disabled people also can work successfully," says Natalija Jermolajeva, head of the social company Owa Fashion. She has a bachelor's degree in politics at the University of Latvia and a Master's degree at SSE Riga.
